The Volunteer Co-ordinators Network (Natural Areas)

The VCN is an Australia-wide network of people employed to coordinate community volunteer involvement in natural resource management and on-ground work.

The VCN has developed a manual, as a good practice guide for organisations that run environmental volunteer programs. The VCN Manual is currently being reviewed. The new version will be available in 2012.

Volcord email network

This is an email group and bulletin board for the members of the VCN. Emails are sent around regularly to share information and ideas, notification of events, advertised jobs etc.

The VCN (Sydney region) also meets four times a year. Meeting dates are publicised through Volcord.
