The first Australasian Bat Night will be held on the weekend of Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th March. 

This is the culmination of Bat Week (Saturday 24th February till Sunday 4th March).

The Australian Bat Society is asking groups to register events and activities during this week so that a Bat Calendar can be promoted. Now in its 16th year, over 30 countries participate in Bat night, and some events attract 500 participants.
